Florida Waitress Accused Of Oral Sex On Teen

A Florida woman has been arrested after she was allegedly caught performing oral sex on a 15-year-old boy. The Sun reports that 29-year-old Ciara Danielle Stokes faces various charges associated with alleged crimes against children. The details surrounding this case are shocking, especially since an immediate family member of the alleged victim caught the woman in the act.

The incident reportedly took place in February when Ciara Stokes went to a friend’s home to take a shower, because the water in her trailer was not working at the time. While she was at the home of her male friend, she decided to spend some “quality time,” with the man’s 15-year-old son.

Sometime during her visit, the father of the 15-year-old boy heard specific noises coming from the bathroom, where Ciara was allegedly showering. The noises caused him to enter the bathroom forcefully, which is where he allegedly caught his 29-year-old friend right in the act. She was allegedly performing oral sex on his 15-year-old son in the shower.

After the man caught the Florida woman with his teenage son, he demanded that she leave his home before calling the police — and they were able to apprehend her rather quickly. She also reportedly admitted to some of her actions, according to The Blemish. Stokes told police that she had been drinking that night and didn’t have full recollection of all that had transpired between her and the 15-year-old boy. However she did admit to kissing him, saying it was a “bad mistake.”

An unfortunate detail in this case is the statement reportedly made by the 15-year-old boy. He was reportedly only partially willing to participate in sexual contact with Ciara Stokes. He claimed that he had never been in the situation in which he found himself with the Florida woman, and he did not know how to reject her alleged advances.

“I have never been put in that position before and I didn’t know how to get out of it.”

Authorities have charged the Florida woman with lewd and lascivious acts on a child. If convicted, she could be made to register as a sex offender for the rest of her life.

This is clearly not the first time a woman has been arrested for performing sex acts on a minor — and certainly not a first for Florida, either. Last year, an Arizona woman was busted in Florida for alleged sexual relations with a teenage boy. Brittany Sonnier is accused of enticing a 15-year-old boy into performing sexual acts on her. She is accused of fully knowing that the boy was underage. This also wasn’t the first time that Sonnier had gotten into trouble of the sexually-related kind. When she was in Arizona, she was busted for allegedly having sexual relations with a dog.

Also last year, a 40-year-old Florida preschool teacher was arrested and accused of having sex with a teenage boy. Heather Phillips is accused of having sex with her 12-year-old daughter’s ex boyfriend, who was 15-years-old at the time of the incidents. The woman reportedly had sex with the teenager numerous times in her home after two months of flirting on chat apps, following the breakup with her daughter. That’s not the only thing the Florida woman is accused of doing. During one incident, she allegedly threatened the 15-year-old teen with a knife, refusing to let him leave her bedroom after having sex with him. She also allegedly tried to fake a pregnancy, telling the boy he was the father of the imaginary child.
